By accessing or using Jacob Webb ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

By submitting content to the Platform, you grant Jacob Webb a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your contributions within the context of the Platform. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to share any content you submit.
6. Content Moderation
We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any user-generated content that violates these terms or our community guidelines. We aim to maintain a space for thoughtful, analytical discourse and may restrict accounts that repeatedly violate our standards.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Jacob Webb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the preceding twelve months.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Suffolk County.
